Here’s everything you need to know about how this affects your order.
đź—“ Annual Leave Dates
Our workshop will be on annual leave from 29 January 2026, and we will resume work on 26 February 2026.
⏰ Order Cut-Off
All orders placed before:
29 January at 11:59 PM (Paris time)
➡️ 10:59 PM (UK time)
➡️ 5:00 PM Eastern Time (US)
…will be fulfilled before our break.
Although we officially leave slightly later, we require a short buffer to carefully finalise all existing orders.
Some orders placed on 30 January may still be processed, but this cannot be guaranteed.
📦 Orders Placed After the Cut-Off
Orders placed after 29 January (cut-off above) will be:
Crafted once we return on 26 February
Treated as priority, just as we’ve done every year for the past 5 years
âť— Extended Cancellation Policy (Exceptional)
To give you more flexibility during this period, we’re extending our usual cancellation deadline.

may be cancelled until 20 February at 11:59 PM (Paris time)
➡️ 10:59 PM UK time
➡️ 5:00 PM Eastern Time (US)
