Mistyped your address? Picked the wrong item? Placed your order and realised you need to make a change?
No worries — we’re here to help.

Please Contact Us as Soon as Possible

Because each piece of jewellery is personalised and crafted to order, changes can only be made very shortly after your order is placed.

Cut-off Time for Modifications & Cancellations

If you need to amend or cancel your order, please contact us on the same day the order was placed, before 11:00pm UK time.

After this time, your order will already be in processing and we may no longer be able to make changes.

How to Request a Change

  • A clear description of the change or cancellation you’re requesting

Our team will review your request and confirm whether it can be applied.

Important Information to Keep in Mind

Requests Are Not Guaranteed

We’ll always do our best to assist, but once production has begun, we cannot guarantee that a modification or cancellation will be possible.
All changes must be reviewed and confirmed by our Customer Care team.

Weekend Orders

Orders placed between Friday 11:01pm and Sunday 10:59pm (UK time) can be changed or cancelled until Sunday 10:59pm.

Peak Season Exceptions
During the three Sundays leading up to Christmas, and the Sunday following Black Friday, production continues throughout the weekend.
During these periods, the standard 11:00pm same-day cut-off applies even on Fridays and Saturdays.


Why Are Order Changes Time-Sensitive?

Every personalised piece begins its journey very quickly — often the next working day.

The first step is cutting the metal of your unique design. Although additional steps (polishing, plating, stone setting, assembly) take longer, production kicks off early.

To ensure your jewellery is crafted smoothly and without disruption, we operate a strict time window for changes.

This applies to all types of modifications, including:

  • Size adjustments

  • Colour changes

  • Address corrections


Exceptional Cancellations (After the Cut-Off Time)

Partial Refund with Discounted Material Fee

We understand that plans change.
If you’re outside the cancellation window but your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we can offer a partial refund, deducting only the cost of raw materials already used.

You will not be charged for the time spent crafting your piece.

🚚 Any delivery fees paid will also be fully refunded.

Why Is a Fee Deducted?

Even if your order hasn’t shipped, our team has already started production — cutting, shaping, and polishing the raw metal.
Because your jewellery is custom-made, these materials cannot be reused.
