At My Little Necklace, every parcel is sent with a tracking number, so you can follow your order all the way to your doorstep.
Tracking Your Parcel
Once your jewellery has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email from us containing your Royal Mail tracking number.
Simply click the “Track my parcel” button in the email to view the latest updates.
My tracking number does not work. What should I do?
If your tracking number doesn’t seem to be working, don’t worry:
Don’t worry, this is very common during the first few days after dispatch.
Activation Time
Royal Mail tracking numbers may take 1–3 working days (Monday to Friday) to become fully active after your parcel has been handed over to the carrier.
Occasional delays can occur during:
Bank holidays
School holidays
Royal Mail strikes
Busy seasonal periods (Black Friday, Christmas)
Try Again Later
If your tracking still isn’t active, please check again within 3–5 days.
If it’s still not showing any updates after this time, feel free to contact us — we’re always happy to help.
If you haven’t received your tracking email yet, here’s what to check:
1. Processing Times
Your order may still be in production.
Please refer to our Production & Delivery Times page — personalised jewellery needs a little time to craft before it can be dispatched.
2. Check Your Spam or Junk Folder
If it’s been more than 10 working days since placing your order, the dispatch email may have been filtered into your spam/junk folder.
3. Still No Updates?
If you cannot find the email anywhere, just get in touch with us.
Our team will quickly locate your order and resend your tracking details.
