Can I Choose a Collection Point Instead of Home Delivery?
We don’t currently offer in-checkout options for pick-up locations.
However, UK customers may choose to have parcels delivered to a local Royal Mail Delivery Office using the “Hold for Collection” service.
This allows you to collect your parcel directly from a Royal Mail branch instead of receiving it at home.
How to Deliver to a Royal Mail Delivery Office (UK Only)
To use Royal Mail’s “Hold for Collection” option, simply enter the address of your chosen Royal Mail Delivery Office at checkout.
How to Format the Address
Please enter:
Your full name
The full address of the Royal Mail Delivery Office
(Optional) Add “Hold for Collection” on the first address line
